Autoplay sound is something you definitely notice, for better or for worse. Most publishers in the US won't accept this though.
One thing that I feel is missing is that there is no clear link between the audio and the visuals in the banner. If this banner would be on a page chock full of visual messages, how would you know that the audio you're hearing is associated with this banner?

This is a regular banner in the begning, roll over it and u will find the voice change; i got to knw what the banner is all about rit from that. Was nice. but not excellent or so..
