Job Responsibilities:

• Work from concepts or instructions to build online advertising campaigns, either in gif animation or Flash.
• Detail oriented, flexible and have the ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
• Needs to possess an exceptional attention to detail in graphics, layout, and typography to maintain brand integrity.
• Assist the AD in all facets of project development.
• Possess knowledge of the web, its design limitations and technical specifications.
• Basic production skills needed include web graphics optimization, style sheets and html (Dreamweaver preferred).
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in emerging computer tools and techniques with advertising and/or graphics applications. Actively share such knowledge with others in the creative department.
• Staying apprised of new and emerging technology, creative and programming applications for potential use for clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Advertising or Design.
• 1-2 years experience in Interactive Advertising.
• Knowledge of current online media standards.
• Experience necessary with all of the following programs:
  • Adobe Photoshop CS2
  • Adobe Illustrator CS2
  • Dreamweaver MX
  • Flash MX
• Experience preferred:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Audio and Video Software

Required Qualifications Continued:

• Experience with managing assets.
• Ability to learn new digital media technologies.
• Ability to clearly communicate all project status and to manage efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.
