Requirements:

• At least 6 years of business development and account servicing experience in an integrated communications or interactive agency

• Interactive campaign experience a must

• A graduate or undergraduate degree

• A broad understanding and keen understanding in new media marketing, marketing communications and brand management

• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills

Responsibilities:

• Strategic point person for multiple accounts

• Managing strategic and tactical client campaigns

• Managing a team responsible for growing the performance of key accounts

• Managing account profitability, work with and guide agency team to hit fiscal targets

• New business development

• Leading pitch teams and writing client proposals

• Advising clients on new media solutions

• Managing client expectations

• Management and development of junior members of Account Service team
