Requirements:

• At least 4 years of account servicing experience in an interactive or through-the-line agency

• Interactive campaign experience a must

• A graduate or undergraduate degree

• A broad understanding and keen understanding in new media marketing, marketing communications and brand management

• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills

Responsibilities:

• Key contact for the client at corresponding executive levels

• Managing a team responsible for growing the performance of existing client accounts and managing profitability

• Working with clients to determine campaign requirements, scope, schedule and creative choices

• Driving major projects through entire campaign life-cycle, from inception to post-launch analysis

• Advising clients on new media solutions

• Leading pitch teams and writing client proposals

• Managing client expectations

• Management and development of junior members of Account Service team
