MassMedia seeks Flash Designer
Are you a creative Flash Designer with solid tech skills? Are you looking for a new agency to call home, somewhere that will love and cherish you with all its heart? MassMedia Studios is a fast paced, rapidly expanding digital agency looking for a Flash Designer who will gel with our culture and help our creative team develop and execute jaw-droppingly good Flash-y stuff.
You're an experienced designer who's got the mad Flash related Adobe skills. You're looking for a role that is half design, half ActionScript as you're getting into the coding side of things and want to build up your developer related skills. You have strong design software expertise and understand information and interface design. You're a team player, or at least claim to be, and you understand the online and digital space including its opportunities and constraints. We could go on about all the bits and bobs you need and how we want you to deliver on our strategic offerings and help the client engage with the end user, but you know all about that already. Basically we're looking for someone we can get along with, someone who's got a great mix of design and tech related Flash knowledge, is always looking to improve, and above all wants to do work that they're proud of and is just damn sexy.
We work hard, play hard and all that nonsense you've seen and heard before plus we have the sort of open plan warehouse space in the heart of Surry Hills every creative lusts after. We're fully loaded with a pool table, drum kit, beer fridge, kettle and a back door that conveniently pops out across from the Hollywood Hotel – perfect for avoiding bothersome clients and stalkers.
