I really like the guy's outfit. This is what the red M&M would look like if he was Spanish. This clicked through to this mini site which explains the promotion more.

awful. the interaction only works from the left side for some reason abd how does this guy even tie into the contest, either? only works on the assumption you already know about whatever this is advertising.

I like location-based interactivity, sweeping the guy's legs was gratifying in a Cobra Kai way. But dammit there were times that star was vulnerable and it didn't let me catch it. Don't lie to me, banner ad!

And while it's fun while I'm playing with the ad, that dancing gets REALLY annoying if you actually try and read the site. Whenever I make a banner I always rail against the 15-second (x3 loop) animation limit most publishers in the States put on us, but if this would become the norm I'm happy to follow that rule.

I don't get it. I tried to catch the star when the guy was gone, but every time I did, he'd just re-appear underneath my cursor. It's initially fun to play with, sure, but the only reason I would click "Enter the Contest" would be because I was confused...not because I was interested in participating.
