sorry - but this is probably the worst banner ad i've ever seen. to make an ad that is annoying, is actually annoying and the endline is about as clever as george bush

There's always some a-hole that ruins it for everyone else.
Ads like this give advertising a bad name and make site owners leary of expanding banners, etc.
