I think that we might have to start a section for this type of concept. As there seems to be a few floating around.

The copy is awful. If it's hard to keep it untouched, shouldn't i be able to touch it? And the bottom us invites us to join, but is also untouchable. Shame.
i think it just plain sucks...
not beautiful at all, and the idea is really old.

It's all concept, but to really be effective, where do i CLICK? I see no point in capturing the mouse if later there's no place where to lead me !?
And for a start, most banners should have a mute sound option.
