Is this ad targeted at men (who would be intrigued to rub the spot) or women? I think sensitive issues like this have to be treated with care but then again they usually go unspoken and therefore ignored. It's tough.
Sadly even if you are moved to do something you can't actually donate anything to AMAM. Maybe I'm wrong?
And lastly these Cannes mock ups with the banner embedded into a page mockup are annoying!
If I have to choose some words, I would choose bad taste, first idea and lucky. How this could be shortlist in Cannes?

Why so hard on this banner? I'm pretty certain it attracts the attention of everyone that sees it, I can't imagine anyone that can resist the urge to scratch, and everyone gets the message. I would think this means it's a successfull banner. And yes, I'm a man, but that doesn't change anything.

DISGUSTING. Bad taste, and should've never been shortlisted.
You don't need lame shock value to get attention and be impactful. Any good creative knows that.
