Another snow themed banner. This time a different approach.
I think it's missing a final frame due to how I have embedded it. Either way I like the playful nature of the banner and they resisted an "upload your face" version.

if it dropped the "interaction" element and just ran as a fluid eye grabbing funny animation it would have been more effective
