Here's an interesting banner that searched twitter for "I need alcohol" and "I am pregnant" and then displays them together to get people to think about FAS. Which would be a pretty tough brief.
After seeing this I started searching twitter for "I AM PREGNANT" which ended up in a sad place.
Reading this users tweets (all 14) makes me feel like it's an ad for wearing a condom?
