A One Show 2006 Merit winner. Although this smells like a scam to me (1.7MB, Flash 8, no explaination of what it's selling until you click) I did find the idea of taking a journey in a banner a clever idea. And even though it's 1.7MB ,it feels like they squeezed every Kb out of it as 1.7MB of video doesn't last this long. It looks better when viewed in-situ

I agree, the idea of a journey in a banner is interesting but the execution is ghey. Crappy graphics, goes on for way too long and i have no idea what it's advertising (a movie i assume).

c'mon, does anybody really has the pacience to wait it load and then click on it forever? for me, just doesnt work, but is always good to see some experiments on banners, even the ones who dont suceed.

I think that it is somehow related to this website https://www.wildanimus.com.au which is a music site with free downloads. The banner is a little painful, but the website is much smoother, and you dont need to hold the mouse down the whole time.

Anyone actually read the book Wild Animus or heard the CD? Pretty interesting stuff, very lyrical and poetic.
