Not often that a direct response ad puts a smile on your face. This concept is communicated through a perfectly simple execution (not overly unique  we’ve seen interaction with a user’s cursor before) but the design is clean and the the animation very pleasant.
How do you get to interact with it in the first place? What's the compelling line to get you to mouse over? (I'm assuming that it's an expandable skyscraper)

I think people are so used to seeing those heavy banners, full of motion and colors that they simply forgot how to appreciate a nice simple idea with a clean design.
