think the relevance of catching flies has something to do with capturing the boredom which some people experience at a job they should move on from. hence, the find a new job call-to-action.

If you get to catch more than 14 flies..it says you are a master.... so... find other job to master...
So... this ad means that if your actual office is so bloody full of s%$t,,, move to other one with no flies... or less flies
