Webby Awards.

The webby's are a combination of judges votes on one hand an peoples votes on the other. It's really good because it's about the online community as distinct from awards which tend to apply the analogue judging to digital some of the time. The winners here.
There's a huge range of work, and all generally good work. Check it out.
